Tour Divide is pretty much an amatuer race from Banff British Columbia to the Gulf of Mexico, about 2800 miles altogether WITH 200,000' of elevation gain through the Rockies. Heard about it through David Eaton, one of Dagmar's biking friends. He related the story of a man from Blue Springs, Missouri, Greg Goodman, who's doing the ride now targeting a 30 day completion. You carry all of your equipment, about 80 lbs,  on your back. Greg is 60 years old! I believe the record is about 15 days.

Went with the whole family to Jazz, a Louisiana Kitchen for Dagmar's59th birthday celebration.

Went with the whole family to Jazz, a Louisiana Kitchen for Dagmar's 59th birthday celebration. We all had a good time, the food was great ( I liked the Porboy shrimp sandwich), live music, bloody marys for $3.50, and even taught Evly a little about pool! We gave Evly the camera and she took most of the pictures, good job girl!

Did the KC Fountain Ride yesterday with Dagmar and Isaac.

Did the KC Fountain Ride yesterday with Dagmar and Isaac. She did 46 miles and we did 22 miles. It really one of the best rides I do. And with Isaac it just makes it so much fun.

Blue Valley Swim for Benjamin

Dagmar went with Isaac & Amanda to record Benjamin's second swim lesson at the Blue Valley Community Center. Ben will be an Olympic swimmer in no time!!
