On Monday's we spend a couple of evening hours with the Fun Band. When they say fun, they mean fun!! Each person is invited to sing a song from the Fun Band song book. Then everybody trys to play and sing along with them. It doesn't matter if you sing well or play well, most of us don't, but we encouraged to try, and nobody says anything but good about it. So even though we sometimes sound like 'chalk on a blackboard' we still feel good about it!! This past Monday we dressed up Hawaiian and brought Hawaiian food for a potluck. We enjoyed some special performances from our new Ukulele band, and watched a video about what some of the leaders did over their summers back home. What a great night!!
