Did the KC Fountain Ride yesterday with Dagmar and Isaac. She did 46 miles and we did 22 miles. It really one of the best rides I do. And with Isaac it just makes it so much fun.
Great you can ride with Isaac. 22 miles is along ride. Stay close to him and enjoy.We left our bikes in AZ. Trying to walk and going to the fitness center. I didn't do well on my blood test. Need to loose weigh and watch my sugar intake. Keep peddling.Joe
