You should get yourself a cheaper RV that can be resold easily, because you will want a different one after you've travelled a bit. Do a few road trips and see if the travelling spark is what you remember it to be. If you still love like you did back then, you'll be much more motivated to get out of your house. If not just sell the RV for about the same price as you paid for it. You can do this while getting your house ready for the market. Have fun!!!
