Sunday lunch at Olive Garden with the family. Isaac and Amanda were still on their honeymoon in Mexico but called while we were eating and spoke with everyone. This was Oma Ruth's last get together as she is leaving today for home. Her four weeks here just flew!!

We drove to Hood River Sunday morning for breakfast. Then drove up around Mount Hood and on home. Then I replace the water filters on the motorhome and Shirley moved stepping stones in the backyard. Got up this morning and found that I had a leak in one of the filters which filled the compartment with water!
She is a fun lady! You are blessed to have her in your family!

Bill, sorry to hear about your water problem. But, how did the concrete work turn out? You need to post a picture here.

David Liem Geeze Dave...haven't had time. Just got through trimming up (more like hacking up) the bushes along the south fence. Filled 3 of those big green yard debris bins! Ours and two of the neighbors! They pick them up every Tuesday so wanted to get that project done.
Bill, your driveway was all torn up and the workers were sitting there waiting for the cement truck, what happened?
As soon as the concrete truck got there those boys went into action! They filled wheel barrel loads of concrete and ran to where they were to dump it then ran back to get another load. It was like watching a dance very well choreographed. Just found out I had another leak in the water system so have to go clean that up again again...
Bill, sounds like there could be a new motorhome in your future!!!!
No new motorhome, just need to shoot the mechanic...Finally got smart and tested for leaks with the water filters outside the motorhome!!! Duh......I need to go for a bike ride or paddle the kayak. The Columbia River is not high like it usually is this time of year. Won't be paddling in the trees like last year,
All the rivers here are swollen or flooding. Cancelled outside pickleball today. Heading for the gym. Looks like I will be moving to a mobile home park tomorrow. Don't shoot the mechanic. he is not worth the jail time
