Last night we used our Buddy Burners for the first time, great, just like a real campfire, but better because you put it out easily with its lid, and you can store it easily in a motorhome.  A Buddy Burner is made by getting a used cookie tin, rolling corrugated cardboard tightly inside and then filling with melted wax until it just covers the top of the cardboard. Insert a couple of wicks to be used just the first time it is lit. After that you can light it right from the cardboard which acts like a wick. As the Buddy Burner uses up its' wax supply just through a chunk on top while its burning. We owe a debt of gratitude to Larry & Suz Holmen for first telling us about them. And Terry & Glenda March have been using them for years. Terry says his first one lasted 7 years!!

Okay! Now we get it. Will you be putting the instructions on YouTube? That looks like a heck of a fire. Nice going. Shirley says you can buy a whole big bunch of Wax at Michaels for about $6. That's about 10 pounds.

By the way. I volunteer to eat the cookies so you can have and empty can.
