We decided to do the bike ride from Frisco to Breckenridge to sort of get the 'lay of the land' before returning for USA Pro Cycle Challenge tomorrow. Frisco is at about 9100' and Breckenridge lies at 9600' so it would be a pretty gradual incline on the way there. It's just that at this altitude there is lot less oxygen available than we are used to. The ride itself was about 28 miles round trip, almost all of it on a recpath designed for bikers. The views were stunning, the air clean, and the temperature just right, what a wonderful day!!

All I can say is: ''WOW'.
I am recording the USA Pro Cycling Challenge. I'll be expecting to see you in the crowd...
I found an online bike accessory shop in an industrial district about a mile from home. I got the lowdown on bike tires and purchased a water bottle holder. Check it out: www.biketiresdirect.com
Morning Bill, we super excited about see all the Pro cyclists today. Look for us in the crowd!
I check out you link later.
Hopefully, you'll be able to see how fast those guys really are. They all are so fast that they sometimes look like they are creeping along...until you try to keep up with them.
Check out Niro Quintana if he is there. He grew up at 20,000 feet elevation in Columbia and goes like a rocket at elevation.
Life in the fast lane for you two!
